茶入

濃茶の抹茶を入れる容器の代表格が「茶入」です。
茶道具の中でも大事な道具の一つになります。そのため、茶入は「仕覆」という布の袋に
包んでおきます。

茶入は大きく二つに分類されます。

１．唐物茶入
茶碗同様、12世紀末期の宋代に喫茶の文化が渡ってきたタイミングに中国からの渡来しました。
室町時代には最も重要視された容器で、戦国時代には一国一城にも匹敵すると言われた名品も
ありました。唐物茶入と一言でいっても「肩衝」「茄子」「大海」など様々なカタチが存在します。

２．和物茶入
14世紀末ころに、唐物茶入を模倣して美濃で焼かれた「瀬戸茶入」が始まりとされています。

アバ茶流「茶入」の解釈

茶入にはある意味、厳密なルールが存在します。
蓋は象牙で作られた「牙蓋（げぶた）」を使い、「仕覆」という専用の布の袋で包まなければ
なりません。

意外と決まりが多いのですが、ここでも「見立て力」が試されます！笑　陶器ではないけど
大きさやカタチがよさそうな器を見つけたら「牙蓋」だけ別に作ってみるというのも面白いかも
しれませんね。思い切って「牙蓋」ではなく、元から付いている蓋を使ってみる？

でも、そのときにひとつだけご注意を！茶入の蓋の上に「茶杓」をのせますので、
ちゃんとのるかだけは要チェックです！

Chaire (tea container)
Representative of the container to store the powdered green tea of the strong tea is the “tea container”.This is one of the important tool in the tea utensils.Therefore, the tea container is wrapped in cloth bag called “silk pouch”.The tea container can be classified into two major categories.

1.Chinese tea container
At the timing of the culture of tea drinking came over to Japan in Sung period of the late 12th century, this was imported from China as same as the tea ceremony bowl.This container was regarded as important most in the Muromachi era, and there was the perfect gem said to that the existence was equal to the one state or one castle for the the Sengoku era.There are various types including the “katatsuki” “eggplant” “ocean” with Chinese tea container in one word.

2.Japanese tea container
Around the end of 14 century, the “Seto tea container ” was fired as an imitation of Chinese tea container in Mino is considered to be origin of this.

In a sense, the strict rules of “tea container” exist.The lid is “tusk lid (gebuta)” made of ivory, the body must be wrapped in a cloth bag dedicated called “silk pouch”.Because there are many rules unexpectedly, it is not ceramics but “Choice power” is tried.If you found the container that size and form look good, trying to make “the tusk lid” separately is maybe interesting.Do you use the original cover　which is Not “a tusk lid”, daringly?But at the time only as for one attention!Because it put the “tea scoop” on the lid of the tea container, it is required to check whether the ride properly!
